Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data EastX collects, how we use it, and the rights you have.
Data we collect
Account info (email, display name, hashed password), billing data (deposits, transaction IDs, on-chain addresses), API usage metadata (request count, token counts, latency, model used). We do NOT log prompt content or model outputs.
How we use it
To operate the service (auth, billing, rate-limiting), to bill you for usage, to detect abuse, and to respond to support requests. We do not use your data to train any model.
Storage & security
Data is stored in encrypted MySQL with field-level encryption for upstream tokens. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed with cost 12. API keys are stored as sha256 hashes — the raw value is shown once on creation and cannot be recovered.
Third parties
Your API requests are forwarded to upstream model providers (e.g. Aliyun, AWS Bedrock) to fulfill them. Payment processing is handled by Antom (cards) and wallet-core (USDT). We do not sell or share data for advertising.
Your rights
You can export your data, delete your account, or request correction by emailing privacy@eastx.ai. Deletion is permanent within 30 days and cannot be reversed.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie for your login session (HTTP-only, secure). No third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
Changes
We will notify registered users by email at least 7 days before a material change takes effect.
