1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the EastX API, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
EastX provides an API gateway that routes requests to third-party AI model providers. We do not generate or host the models ourselves; outputs are produced by the upstream providers we proxy to.
3. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Billing & Payment
Charges are deducted from your prepaid balance as you make API calls, at the per-token rates published in your dashboard. Deposits via USDT or card are final and non-refundable. Balance cannot be withdrawn back to fiat or crypto.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to generate content that violates law, infringes intellectual property, or causes harm to others (including but not limited to CSAM, malware, fraud, harassment). We may suspend accounts that violate these limits without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided AS IS. We are not liable for upstream provider outages, model output accuracy, or any consequential damages from API use. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
